ENTRY PERIOD: This “Farmhouse Pottery x Benjamin Moore” Promotion sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins on April 7, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. EST, and ends April 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EST, by which time all entries must be received (the “Entry Period”).
WHO MAY ENTER: The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, and are legal residents of the 48 continental U.S. states (or the District of Columbia). Employees, officers and directors of Farmhouse Pottery, Benjamin Moore, and those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Promotion, and each of their respective affiliates, shareholders, employees, independent contractors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, and the immediate family (i.e. parents, children, siblings, spouse) thereof are ineligible to enter the Promotion. By participating, in the Promotion, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

SELECTION OF WINNER: On May 1st 2025, Sponsor will select the name of the potential winner in a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential winner will be notified via their email address they entered the Promotion with. In the event that any potential winner cannot be contacted, or is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries, up to 3 alternates. If the alternate potential winners cannot be contacted or are disqualified, the applicable prize will not be awarded. The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
GRANT OF RIGHTS: By submitting an entry, each entrant grants to Sponsor and its licensees, successors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, exploit, perform, edit, create derivatives of and otherwise use the entry and all elements of such entry, together with any other material, as well as the name, user name, city and state of residence, voice, image and/or likeness of entrant (including, without limitation, profile photo), in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade.
RELEASES, WAIVERS AND DISCLAIMERS: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules, terms of the Announcement and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this sweepstakes; and (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Promotion Entities from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of any prize. Promotion Entities are not responsible for (i) lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, tweets, retweets, messages or comments; (ii) lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Benjamin Moore Page, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications; (iii) failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; (iv) jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (v) other errors or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise, relating to or in conBy entering into the Promotion, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, Farmhouse Pottery and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and representatives and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of prizes. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but, not limited to, fraud, pandemic, technical problems or other similar occurrence, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend or cancel the Promotion, and, in its discretion, award the prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to such time. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. The winner will be solely responsible for any prize-related fees or costs including any federal, state or local taxes and may be required to complete and file applicable tax documents and pay taxes on the value of the prize.

By entering this Promotion Entrants understand and agree that the Sponsor, any person acting on behalf of the Sponsor, and the Sponsor’s licensees, successors and assigns shall have the right, where not prohibited by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute and use (without limitation) an Entrant’s entry, name, biographical information, likeness or image, voice and/or statements in relation to the Promotion and/or the prize for any purpose without further compensation, notice, review or consent.
By entering this Promotion, participants also understand and explicitly agree that the Sponsor may share their personal information (including name and email address) with Farmhouse Pottery and that in addition to any permitted use as outlined in the above policies the Sponsor and Farmhouse Pottery may use that information for Promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages.
GOVERNING LAW / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of participants, the Sponsor or the Released Parties in connection with the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state's laws.
