At Benjamin Moore, we remain committed to our people, communities, and the environment while manufacturing the highest-quality paint for our customers.
Last year, we implemented a new human capital management system to enhance the employee experience from application to onboarding and beyond. We continued to focus on building employee skills with comprehensive offerings to increase product knowledge, business acumen, inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and more. Our teams spent more than 25,000 hours learning to achieve future business results.
Investments in innovation, manufacturing capacity, and distribution excellence enable us to be agile and provide personalized customer support. Additionally, we developed new analytics models, elevated our digital platforms, and worked extensively to roll out new software to ensure our 3,500 colors remain unmatched.
With nearly 300 new outlets opened in 2024, Benjamin Moore products can be found in more than 8,400 outlets globally. Beyond our quality products and customer care, we are proud of our ongoing partnerships with nonprofit and community organizations, which resulted in $1 million+ in grant funding and over 3,000 gallons of paint donated to help uplift communities.
We remained steadfast in our commitment to cultivating an environment where everyone, from our employees to our customers, is provided with tools and opportunities to thrive.
Our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting focuses on four pillars: product, people, planet, and partnerships. The 2024 Corporate Responsibility report reviews the company’s accomplishments in these areas, our values, and our continued dedication to quality.
I hope you’ll take the time to explore the contents of this report as you consider potential employment or other business opportunities with Benjamin Moore.
