This rich, timeless shade of deep coffee is based on a circa 1750s colour found at the Thomas Everard House. Everard, who arrive in Virginia as an orphan apprentice, became a respected and wealthy local leader, serving two terms as mayor of Williamsburg - in 1766 and 1771.
