Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order from the Benjamin Moore Online Store, please call 1-888-BEN-MOOR (1-888-236-6667) for a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
Sales of custom tinted paint are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
Sales of unopened sundries, and non-tinted paint and primer with can clips attached may be returned within 90 days of the order date. Customers must first call customer service at 1-888-BEN-MOOR (1-888-236-6667) and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. A 15% restocking fee will be applied and customers are responsible for return shipping.
UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air delivery are available within the continental United States. Delivery address must be a valid residential or business address. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is also unavailabe to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada at this time. Please see our Retailer Locator for our store locations.
